Food Recovery Verified

Bon Appétit at RGA is fighting food waste and hunger by recovering surplus perishable food from our campus that would otherwise go to waste and donating it to people in need through Room at The Inn through Operation Food Search.

Operation Food Search provides food and services to 200,000 individuals on a monthly basis – one-third of whom are children – through a network of 330 community partners in 27 Missouri and Illinois counties.
